"I get blood from the blood drive vans. It's not hard to break in and take a few bags unnoticed." Angel finally declared, after what seemed like eons of silence.

"Isthat all you have to say about me having a soul?" Spike paced the room, irritated at his sire. He needed to know that Angel believed him. If not, then all was lost.

"Well seeing as I'm still cleaning up what happened last time I asked something..."His brown eyes looked pointedly away from the blood smear left on the floor.

"Git. Just ask. You may not get answers, but you won't get blood either."

"Okay, are you cursed? How did you get it? Why is the boy's scent is all over you?" The older vampire was rattled and rambling and his childe had a pang of sympathy for him.

"I can't explain how any more than I can explain the soul or knowing. Xander and I... we just are. I wish I could tell you more, Peaches. Just know that I'm on your side."

Angel advanced on Spike suddenly, and the blonde was startled to find himself in a crushing hug.

"It'd be easier if I knew what was going on, but I'll help you through this, Spike." As they pulled apart, both vamps frowned at each other.

"Alright, get that book to Giles before we start picking out china patterns." Spike picked but with no real venom. He and Xander had an ally in all this, and that was a huge relief.

"Guys, I'm fine....It's just...I get nightmares." Xander looked at the floor as though he were embarrassed.

"Xander, why didn't you say something?" Willow was so concerned it made his heart hurt.

"Because by the time I wake up... I can't remember. Figures I'd get the visionless visions, right?" As he said this, the magick around his head flared and glowed white. //Geez, it's like a cosmic lie detector!//

He sighed, "Guys, I'm gonna be fine. Just work on getting rid of the headaches, k?"

The older man's eyebrows furrowed, "It's not that simple. We have to establish why-"

"Seriously, we don't. If I see something I can tell you, then I will." No flashes there, and he saw relief in their eyes. He hopped off the table, effectively breaking the sand circle that had surrounded him, and the lights around his head disappeared.

"Now, I have to go to at least one Algebra class this week or Mrs. Wendon is going to call my dad." With that, he left the library.

Back in the janitor's closet, Xander retreated into Spike's waiting arms. The only sounds in the darkened room were Xander's breathing and moans as they devoured each other, losing themselves in the moment. The pulled apart and Xander asked, "Did you-"

"Yea, luv. I'm seeing things too. Some dying bloke-"

"-Ford-"

"wants to trade the Slayer's life for his own...get himself all vamped up..."Spike paused as he felt Xander shudder.

"But how are we gonna stop it? In the vision, Buffy holds Drusilla hostage. It's not like she has any bargaining chips." Spike soothed his human, caressing cheeks and neck.

He crooned. "I have this well in hand, mate." When the brunette started to protest, Spike did the one thing he knew would blow away all the doubting and concern. Cool fingers unfastened the human's jeans, and the blonde kneeled down.

"Spike-ahhhh..." Xander started to protest, but the vampire was too fast for him. Spike freed his cock and began to lave around the sides and bottom of the entire length. In a second, his mouth had engulfed the entire shaft. Spike looked up as he took it deep. The human was a vision...head thrown back in ecstasy, hands clinched in the back of Spike's hair, the muscles in his biceps knotting.

Xander looked down at the vampire. The boy's cheeks were flushed, mouth open in surprise, and Spike got a thrill from making his lips pout like that. Friction building, he watched his human's eyes glaze over as he panted and groaned.

The blond could hear the human's heart racing as he built speed and suction until Xander mewled and writhed and struggled to keep standing. Brown eyes locked on blue, Xander struggled not to scream his release has he came.

Spike swallowed eagerly, relishing the human's shudders and gasps. As he stood, letting Xander adjust his clothes, the human rested his burning hot forehead on his neck.

"Gah...I think you killed brain cells there..."

"Mission accomplished then."
