Summary: William turned up in Season 4 during "Harsh Light of Day" because of the amulet Spike tried on before discovering that the ring was the true Gem of Amara. Xander took William in, and a relationship developed between the two of them. Very slowly. As William got used to the idea of the modern world that clashed with his Victorian sensibilities so often.

Notes: I've been wanting to play with the idea of William turning up in season 4 Buffy, and Xander taking him in. A relationship would develop slowly between the two of them. This is my first experiment with it.  The ‘verse will follow some time in December
