“Who’s rattled your cage then Rupert?”
  Spike looked up to see Giles staring down at him with a hard impenetrable gaze. A ripple of excitement flashed through him. Giles looked dangerous, and this was looking interesting.

Giles meandered around the cold, dank room, wondering how anyone could live here. He tried to picture himself in the same situation but found it difficult to envisage a time when such surroundings would ever be considered a viable option. How low did a person have to sink, to find living in a tomb an acceptable home?

Giles looked up from where he was reading inscriptions in the light from the near-by streetlamp. “The highlight of my weekend is being trapped by a horrendous thunderstorm in a crypt with a vampire and a robot made to resemble my dead Slayer. What do you think is the matter, Spike?”

“Who knows?  Might be worth something.  Slayer’s death written up by William the Bloody.  I could…” Spike didn’t get to finish the sentence as Giles lunged at him, fists flying.
“You bloody monster!
  How dare you consider writing about her death!”  Giles landed punch after punch while Spike struggled to protect himself from the rain of blows.  “She was my Slayer!  MINE!”
Bloody brilliant, plan, Spike.
  Anger unleashed.  He couldn’t fight back...
